BioHello, it's biwo!
I did it again: I got involved with activism. I became co-ordinator for the Queer Kick-off BiTransdag (Queer Kick-off BiTransday). This was a nationwide day on bisexuality, transgender and queer issues. It took place during Roze Week (Pink Week) in The Hague, The Netherlands, on Saturday, 13 June 2009. It was a great succes. Yay! The programme said: debate, eight workshops, biologic-vegetarian dinner and party! On Sunday 14 June there was a brunch nearby the beach at Scheveningen, organised by Queer aan Zee. These events were organized by bisexual, transgender and queer people, but -of course- everyone was welcome. I'm excited about the positive results of this unique project.

Although I used to volunteer as a very busy, fresh and fruity bi-activist, I put down major tasks like being the contactperson for a mixed gender bigroup and the publicity person for a biwomen's group in the autumn of 2006. This cleared space to play field hockey, read books, take courses, give creative writing workshops and take care of my family & friends. I kept minor bi-activist tasks like being moderator of the European Bisexual Network and being moderator of the Dutch Hockey Divas Hyves. I attended the International Bisexual Conferences in Minneapolis (USA, 2004) and Toronto (CA, 2006), and played field hockey with the Dutch Hockey Divas at the EuroGames in Antwerp (2007) and Barcelona (2008). We'll join the World Outgames in Copenhagen 2009. This keeps the spirit going.
On LJ I'm looking for news, gentle people who I have met in real life or kind cyberfriends who I'd like to meet one day. In the meantime: woman, man, transgender, feel good! Mmm... yes... enjoy this sensual world.
